Welcome to the Ivy Building for the Arts. It is located in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis near I-94 and Riverside Avenue, close to light rail and the greenway.
The Ivy Building For The Arts has a long, rich history in Southeast Minneapolis.
It features early 1900's architecture, is newly renovated, and can be modified to suit your individual needs. We are committed to maintaining the historical integrity of the property while encouraging new traditions in the years to come.
The Ivy Building currently houses a wide spectrum arts & crafts as well as other businesses including: band instrument repair, legal counsel, graphic design, community outreach, and "green business" web development and marketing.
Our objective is to establish a South Minneapolis Arts & Crafts venue for the present and future.
